  • Slew ring bearings and boom sheaves to be greased; slew-ring bolts: visible rust, spot control required
  • Ladder / fence at cabin to be repaired
  • Drum and wire limit switches not activated
  • Boom-cylinder dust seal squeezed from pack box
  • Only 3 telescopic cylinders in operation at inspection
  • Slew overload: slew brake slurs on overload
  • Operation / service manuals and original installation certificate not presented at inspection
