Operational features
  • Motion-compensated telescopic bridge for personnel transfer to a vessel or installation
  • Operator cabin on the slew tower. Manual mode locks all axes when the controls are released
  • Free-float mode once landed, so the bridge follows relative motion. Landed weight can be reduced from the panel
  • Connected limits: telescopic speed up to 4 m/s, vertical speed up to 2.5 m/s
  • Support cone with shock absorber at the landing end. Cone can be lashed for a long connection
  • Telescope driven by hydraulic motors on a pitch rack, guided on steel rollers
  • Stair at the outer end. Side netting. Expanded-metal floor
  • Aluminium structure to NS-EN 1090-3. Steel to NORSOK System 1, Sa 2.5
